To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original, unused condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation
• Contain a Defect in Manufacturing

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Katmandoodesigns@gmail.com within 14  days of the purchase date. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs
